Central Committee Statements

In addition to League Bulletins, occasional statements are written and published by the Central Committee, the elected central leadership of the League. Like Bulletins, these statements address specific topics or events, and represent the collective view of the C.C. on programmatic and practical issues of the day.

Unlike Bulletins, however, these statements are not necessarily considered to be a reflection of the programmatic view of the League as a whole unless they are affirmed as such by a Convention. Thus, members and prospective members are not asked to agree with every comment in them, though they are expected to accept the general viewpoint presented.
